NEWS Growing Malvern Recruitment & Training Company Despite the difficult economic climate of the past year, Malvern's specialist recruitment and training provider, Assimilate Limited, has continued to grow, by increasing its provision to help meet its clients ever changing needs. Benefitting from a larger team, Assimilate has just moved premises to the prestigious Malvern Technology Centre, tripling its office space, to provide its own in-house meeting and training facilities. 'We're delighted to be invited to be the first commercial tenants on the Malvern Technology Centre site', said Alan Rodgers, Director of Assimilate. 'The support and service we have been given by our new landlord, QinetiQ, and the Chartered Surveyor John Dillon of Lambert Smith Hampton has been fantastic and we've been made to feel very welcome on site.' Specialising in recruitment and training for the Scientific, Engineering and Environmental industries, Assimilate was started in Malvern 5˝ years ago, and has grown to a dedicated staff of five. The Company recently expanded its services to include outsourced HR management for those companies not yet at a size to warrant full time HR staff. Assimilate Ltd has also been working closely with the Department of Work & Pensions and the JobCentre Plus network to provide help and advice to newly unemployed professionals across the Midlands. 'Our new offices will provide us with the space to grow further and include our own dedicated meeting facility, providing training programmes to 10 delegates at a time', adds Mr Rodgers. 'For larger gatherings of up to 200 delegates, we have access to QinetiQ's own premier conference facilities in the Tom Elliott Centre, here on the Malvern site.' Sue Shackleton, Site Manager for QinetiQ says 'We're delighted to welcome Assimilate to Malvern Technology Centre.
